A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is the 4-digit number, similar to your ATM card PIN number or your Supra Keypad PIN, you choose
when you enroll your SafeMLS token. This can be any 4-digit number
How does this work?
It's simple...when you're ready to log in to the MLS system just push the gray button. The SafeMLS token will give you a one-time use
password to enter. If you get an error, push the button and get another password

My assistant uses my ID, how can we continue to do this.
It has always been against Regional MLS Rules and Regulations to share IDs and Passwords. Assistants
and Secretaries can obtain their own ID. Please visit our Membership page for an application and more information.
Do I need to use my token for all Regional MLS systems?
Currently only the RE/Xplorer system requires the SafeMLS token for log in. The MLXchange and Wyldfyre systems will be converted at
a later date. Watch this page for updated information on both these products.
I tried using my token but get the message "Unauthorized".
Check to see that you have the correct date, time, and timezone including daylight or standard time. Then try waiting 3 to 5
minutes before logging in again...making sure to use the password that is showing on the SafeMLS token, and then use the pin # that
was entered when you enrolled the token. If you have not enrolled your token do so by visiting
the SafeMLS Enrollment Page
