Regional MLS SafeMLS Token Replacement Policy
Lost Tokens
A $45 Token Replacement Fee will be charged to your account for a lost or stolen token. This fee is non-refundable.
If your lost token is found and returned to us, Regional MLS will credit your account $20 once we have received the lost token.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to insure the token is returned in operable condition. Regional MLS is not responsible for tokens lost or damaged in the mail.
A $10 Reactivation Fee will be assessed for a token which has been reported lost or stolen but has been found and reactivated.
You may replace your token at the following locations:

Defective Tokens
A Broken token must be received by Regional MLS before you can receive a new token.
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to insure the token is returned. Regional MLS is not responsible for tokens lost in the mail.
If mailing the defective token, the replacement token will be mailed within one business day. Please follow these instructions to avoid unnecessary fees. Mail the token to the Palm Beach Gardens office and include your name, return address, and pin. Please note the replacement token is sent USPS certified signature required. **We highly recommend that the defective token be mailed in a bubble mailer. Regular envelopes are not sturdy enough and usually are lost in the mail. Regional MLS is not responsible for returned tokens lost in the mail.** If the token is lost in the mail the $45 replacement fee will need to be paid in order to receive a replacement token.
A $45 Replacement Fee will be charged to your account for a token which has been broken due to misuse. The fee is non-refundable.
