VHT is RMLS’s Photography Program that is designed to give you professional full service photography for your listings at a great rate. All photography is professionally shot and edited by VHT, and available at the lowest preferred rates for RMLS members. VHT has been providing full service Visual Marketing Services to RMLS members since 1999.

What Services are available and what are the rates?
When inputting your listing in MLXChange, you will have the option to select a front exterior Signature photograph for $30 as well as an option to add on eight (8) interior Signature photographs for an additional $69.

How do I Order?
When inputting your new listing in MLXChange, select “Yes” for professional photography and you will be prompted to select the service you need. To view all VHT services including video options, Click Here

When will I hear from the photographer? You will receive a call from a VHT Photographer by the end of the next business morning after placing an order. For more FAQs, Click Here

When will I receive my photographs?
You can expect to receive your photographs and viewer (completed property tour link) within 1-2 business days following the shoot date. VHT Studios™ will send you an email with a link to your property tour. The VHT Studios™ Image Specialist will also distribute/send both photographs and property tour link to your listing in the MLS by the end of that business day. You will have access to both web and print versions of all your images, as well as property tour links from your MyVHT account. How does billing work? All services are billed by VHT using your preferred credit card after completion. Upon placing your first order with VHT, you will receive an email that will allow you to enter your credit card information at VHT’s secure website. VHT must receive your card information before a VHT photographer will contact you.
