We have recently noticed a large spike in the amount of listings in violation of the following rule: Commission and/or Bonus information is prohibited in all fields
with the following exceptions. This information may be placed in the Broker Remarks Section as well as fields designated for commission agreements or bonus information.
The most commonly used fields to violate this rule are the Street Address, Subdivision and Public Remarks. Please ensure that your listings do not include this type of
information in any inappropriate fields.
