Next Generation of Showing Management Launching in Regional MLS MLXChange System

Regional MLS's MLXChange system, you can access showing instructions, request showings and eliminate countless unproductive phone calls.
Did we mention it is being provided free of charge by Regional MLS for all members?!
Starting September 7th, brokers, agents and offices will see the "Schedule a Showing" button on listings. For listing agents
and offices it is simple to activate; for showing agents, just click the button to view showing instructions or request showings.
If you are not a heavy user of the MLXChange system, no need to worry -- training will be available!

How it Works
Once the button is activated and a showing agent clicks to request a showing, the listing agent and listing office get the
request immediately via e-mail, then confirm the appointment. Because they have already posted showing instructions and the
hours the listing is available, all the calls to get directions or check availability are eliminated.
Agents can even CC their wireless devices so they can get showing notifications while in the field.
