MLXChange Version 3.0 Known Issues
Dropdown menu for settings do not collapse using IE7
Workaround: Users can configure their IE to enable window sizing and position.
- Go to the MLXchange start page.
- Look at the IE status bar to determine what "zone" MLXchange belongs to.
- Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security
- Click on the zone MLXchange belongs to and click on Custom level...
- Scroll down to the Miscellaneous section and enable "Allow scripting-initiated windows without size or position constraints"
- Press Ok twice to return to IE.
Getting incorrect message from Find a client when using first and last name
This is being researched. First, or last work, but name plus space and another character returning that message
Agent Web Page is not displaying listings under the 'My Office' sections
Business Rules is being processed. Should be resolved soon
LMM - As hidden fields get activated via another field, the tab is skipping over those items
This will be resolved in a Hot Fix.

- Manually Reorder Listings in the Search Results List
- HyperLinks In Reports for quickly jumping to other parts of the program (e.g., from an ML# to the Listing Detail
report; from an Agent Code to the Member Report; etc.)
- Enhanced Mapping including polygon map search, map-based tax searches, optional GIS Services integration for parcel maps, aerial imagery and
other custom layers, etc
- Market Area Activity Graph that shows the number of New, Active, and Sold properties, plus the Average Sale Price over the multiple years
- CMA Enhancements such as the ability to add comps from external tax providers like Realist and a new eight-step CMA wizard
- Multi-Languarge Spellchecker that includes a custom dictionary, duplicate word highlighting, personal preferences, and more
- Fax-In Listing Attachments that are automatically converted to PDF
