Help Desk - Realist Known Issues

The Realist Application will not open when you click on it.

To access Realist, you must disable all pop up blockers, or configure your pop up blocker to allow pop ups on Realist. Click here for instructions on how to disable/configure pop up blockers.

If you still have a problem after disabling your pop up blockers, open Internet Explorer (IE), from the main menu bar, click on Tools/Internet Options, and delete cookies, and temporary Internet files. IE 6.0 users should check the box that says “delete all off-line content”. After deleting cookies and files, click on the Advanced Tab, scroll down the list of items until you see “Enable third-party browser extensions”, uncheck that item, click Apply at the bottom of the panel, then OK. Close out of IE, re-open it and try logging in again to Realist.

Labels are not being sorted in the order selected.

This is a known issue that is being researched by Realist support personnel.

Realist Map Search using a rectangle, radius or polygon only retrieves a maximum of 653 properties.

Data on the Property Appraiser’s site is different than that shown on Realist.

In a few instances, you may notice that data on the Property Appraiser’s site differs from that shown on Realist. The Realist database lags behind the Property Appraiser’s site by approximately 2 weeks. Some of these data differences are due to this time lag. Other differences, not due to a time lag should be reported to the Help Desk at 561-514-6438.

When you click on the “View Listing” link, you get the following message: “An error has occurred, please try again later”

This error will occur when attempting to View a Listing in Realist, through Wyldfyre. Marketlinx and Wyldfyre are researching this issue. In the interim, you may use Realist through MLXchange to access the “View Listing” link.
